Things people ask before signing up.

Can every section have its own link?

Yes. In image mode every section arrives as its own image block in Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor, so you click a block and paste its link, just like any other Klaviyo image. The hero can go to a product, the footer to your shop.

What's the difference between image and HTML mode?

Image mode turns your design into separate Klaviyo image sections. Each one can have its own link, and you can rearrange them or mix in other Klaviyo blocks afterwards. The trade-off is that text and buttons inside those images are not directly editable. HTML mode exports the whole design as responsive HTML that arrives essentially ready to send and can still be edited in Klaviyo's code editor. Both modes are on every plan.

Will my email get clipped in Gmail?

Gmail clips an email once its code passes about 102KB. Images don't count towards that, only the HTML. In image mode Figaviyo builds the whole email as one lean Klaviyo section, so a typical export stays around 25–35KB before Klaviyo adds its own code. If you add many extra blocks afterwards, check the size in Klaviyo's preview.

Will the images look blurry?

No. Each section is exported at 2x for retina screens and compressed only as far as it stays visibly sharp, so images stay crisp and still load fast.

Can I edit the email after exporting?

Yes, but what you can change depends on the mode. In image mode you can reorder sections, set links, and add Klaviyo blocks around them, though the text baked into each image is fixed. In HTML mode you can edit the code directly in Klaviyo. For a text change to the design itself, edit it in Figma and push again.

What happens when I change the Figma design?

Update the file, scan again, and push. Every push creates a fresh Klaviyo template rather than overwriting the last one, so your previous version stays intact and you keep a version history without doing anything.

Can I connect multiple Klaviyo accounts?

Yes. Save each Klaviyo workspace as its own brand, then pick which one an export goes to. You connect each one once, with one click or with an API key, and never re-paste anything. Every paid plan includes unlimited brands, so the number of client accounts you manage never decides which plan you need. Free is limited to one brand.

Can my team use the same account?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. Members of the same company can install the plugin and sign in with the same Figaviyo account, each from their own Figma login, and all be signed in at the same time. Plan limits apply across the account, so the monthly export allowance is shared. Brands connected with Connect Klaviyo show up for everyone signed in to the account; a brand added with an API key is added once on each person's machine. Free and Starter accounts are for one person.

How does Figaviyo connect to my Klaviyo account?

Two ways. With Connect Klaviyo you allow Figaviyo in Klaviyo with one click. It can only upload images and create templates, never read your contacts, lists or campaigns. We keep that connection encrypted in your Figaviyo account, and disconnecting it in the plugin also removes Figaviyo from Klaviyo. Or you add a private API key: it stays on your device in Figma's plugin storage, is sent with each export and is not saved afterwards. We keep only a salted one-way hash of it, which exists to stop one Klaviyo account being used to farm multiple free plans.

What counts as an upload?

One click on "Push to Klaviyo," whether you use HTML mode or image mode. Sections within a single email don't count separately.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

Your first flow is on us: 5 uploads cover a complete welcome flow. After that your allowance resets every month on the day you signed up, or you can upgrade anytime to keep going right away.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
